科研实验室管理系统的设计

摘 要

　　目前，社会已经步入信息的时代，随着科技的日益发展，随着计算机的快速发展，现代社会的生活已经和以前完全不同，各种各样的新鲜事物渗透在生活中的各个角落，信息技术进步的同时也使得社会在进步，信息技术的重要性日益凸显，而在此过程中，网站作为新兴的媒体，已经被深入到人们生活中的各个角落，信息技术的重要性日益凸显。尤其在体制改革的大背景下，信息管理系统作为计算机科学与经济学等其他学科紧密相连，综合交叉的纽带，已经受到了越来越多人的关注和青睐。

　　而在体制改革的大背景下，我们国家对于教育行业也是非常重视的，特别是在计算机行业快速发展的现在，我们国家的财政投入在计算机行业越来越多。而高校实验室是国家教育人才的重点机构，更是得到了国家的重视。正是由于国家这么重视高校科研实验室的发展，高校的规模在越来越扩大的同时，科研的规模也越来越大，而随着这种越来越大的发展，高校实验室在信息管理的问题上也越来越困难。而如何提高科研实验室的管理效率，正是全世界都在研究的一个课题，现在牛津大学就有一个实验组，专门研究如何提高高校实验室的科研效率。而增加科研效率，真是提高我国高校教育水平，提高教育质量的重要环节。

　　信息管理系统在我国起步的时间是上世纪 90 年代末，发展时间比较短。在我国，信息管理系统的发展一般被分为两个阶段，第一阶段是起步阶段，第二阶段是发展阶段。起步阶段是指在我国改革开放的初期，计算机在我国初步使用，但由于当时我国会计算机的人很少，并且大部分民众以及政府机关和企事业单位对于计算机的不认可，都导致了在那时我国的计算机行业发展的非常缓慢；到了2000 年以后，互联网在我们的生活中已经得到了普及，并且 IT 行业的发展也十分迅速，就是这样的环境下，很多的信息管理系统如雨后春笋一般蓬勃发展，发展速度非常快，使用范围也很广。

　　为了增加科研效率，使高校科研实验室成为学生和老师共同参与研究的场所，如何提高实验室中的实验设备，实验人员和实验信息的管理效率，对实验室的发展是非常重要的。正因如此，设计一套符合高校科研实验室的信息管理系统是势在必行的。

　　系统采用 B/S 结构进行设计，分为浏览器端和服务器端两个部分，其中浏览器端主要是为用户展示系统信息；服务器端则可以对系统信息进行维护，内容包括了 10 个模块，分别为首页、实验室简介、研究内容、研究成果、成员介绍、学术活动、资料共享、课余生活、课程建设、ENGLISH 十个功能模块；管理员可以通过操作对于前台系统的信息进行增、删、改、查等操作；用户可以通过浏览器（客户端），则可以浏览文章，浏览本实验室学生和老师的信息等；在数据库的使用上，该系统用到了用户表，用户关联表，指导教师表，学生信息表，相关研究成果表、学科建设表等，数据库随时随时更新系统内容。

　　本篇论文整体上分为六章对高校信息管理系统进行阐述的。

　　第一章主要介绍了选题背景以及课题的研究内容；第二章主要对信息管理系统的国内外研究现状以及开发过程中所使用的工具、技术、理念等进行了介绍；第三章中，主要是需求分析，说明系统需要实现的相关功能，对整体的框架，流程设计进行了分析。同时对于数据库的设计也进行了说明，对表单之间的关系，数据库表中的字段进行解释。

　　第四章中，对系统的功能进行了展示，并对于每一部分的内容作了详细解释第五章对系统进行了测试，得出测试结果并给出了测试评价第六章对系统和论文进行了总结，并提出下一步的设想。

Abstract

　　With time goes by,the information age has come,with the development of the society,there are many many difference between the past and now;there are many now things appearance in life everywhere,information technology makes the society goes well.And during this way,the website makes life different,in the context of reform,information management system has been the most important way to manage the affairs.

　　And in the context of reform, our country also attaches great importance to the education sector, particularly in the computer industry rapidly developing now, our country's financial investment in the computer industry more and more. The University Laboratory is the focus of national education agency talent, but also has been national attention. It is precisely because so much emphasis on the national university research laboratory development, the scale of colleges and universities in the increasingly expanding, while the scale of research is also growing, and with this increasing development, university laboratory information It has become increasingly difficult management problems. And how to improve the efficiency of research and laboratory management, it is a problem all over the world in the study, there is now an experimental group at Oxford University, specializing in how to improve the efficiency of scientific research university laboratory. Increase research efficiency, really raising the educational level of universities to improve the quality of education an important part.

　　Information management system in China started at the end of time is the 1990s, the development of a relatively short time. 　　In order to increase research efficiency, research laboratories in universities become common place for students and teachers to participate in the study, how to improve the lab laboratory equipment, laboratory personnel and management efficiency of experimental information on the lab's development is very important. For this reason, in line with the design of a university research laboratory information management system it is imperative.

　　The system uses B / S structure design, divided into the browser-side and server-side two parts, wherein the browser is mainly to show users the information system; the server can maintain the system information, including the 10 modules, were home, laboratory profiles, research, research, introduce members, academic activities, information sharing, school life, curriculum construction, ENGLISH ten modules; administrator can operate the front desk for information systems to add, delete, change, check and other operations; users can browser (client), you can browse the article, browse our laboratory for students and teachers of information; using the database on the system used in the user table, the user associated table, teacher tables, student tables, table photo album, photo table, study table of contents, list research, articles table, table, table course construction, a total of 12 academic activities table table, a database system at any time to update the content.
